DANGER - Hight Voltage

By

Description

Jolteons - Constantly in a state of sorrow or rage, creating up to 10.000 volt of electricity and fur that is like a million sharp needles. Quite an impressive and dangerous creature, or perhaps something to be pitied?
Why are they always sad or angry?

Gawd, I have missed drawing pokemon so much it's almost sad xD
One of my favorites here, and as I reread the entries for it I decided to draw it, hopefully for :iconpokemoncreepy-pasta:s contest. Go have a look now, that group kicks some serious ass.

Pokemon obviously doesn't belong to me, but to nintendo or something.

Panavia, my Jolteon character, is just like this. (she'd look like this, too, if she weren't an anthro)
Born as the first of a set of triplets to an Umbreon father and an Espeon mother both serving in the USMC smack in the middle of a war between the U.S. and Russia, Panavia and her sisters were immediately subject to government testing. Part of this testing included Panavia and her family having performance-enhancing nanomachines injected into their bodies. After a botched infiltration mission stopped a Russian nuclear attack at the cost of Corwin (the Umbreon)'s life, Diane (the Espeon) and her daughters' nanomachines became infected with computer viruses that caused them to malfunction. All four now display physical and psychological damage.
Panavia's physical affliction is a dull but constant pain throughout her entire body, which also intensifies the pain of any injuries she suffers a hundredfold. Her psychological damage is pretty obvious: soul-crushing depression. Therefore, she is in constant pain, both physical and emotional.
